I've been using this canister for my morning coffee beans and it really does keep them fresher longer. The airtight seal and internal compressor push out air and light, so there's no oxidation. I noticed the difference after a couple of weeks, the beans still smelled and tasted fresh. It's easy to use and looks nice on the counter. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that it takes a little practice to get the seal right every time. Still, a solid choice for anyone who wants to keep their coffee fresh.
